– product unavailability

If an order is canceled after payment, the customer will be refunded.

Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days (excluding customs delays).
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns must comply with the Return Policy available on the website.

-14 days to request a return
-items must be unworn, undamaged, with tags
-return shipping costs paid by the customer
-shipping fees are non-refundable
-sale items are not eligible for refunds

Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.
