We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be accepted, items must be:

New, unused, and unwashed

Free from sweat marks, odours, deodorant or makeup stains, or any damage

Returned with all original tags attached

In the original packaging, fully intact
Any product that does not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Technical underwear

Socks

Sale items or special promotion products

Once approved, our team will provide detailed return instructions.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The item remains under your responsibility until received and inspected by our warehouse.
We strongly recommend a tracked shipping service. Lost or damaged parcels will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item:

If accepted → refund processed within 14 business days

If rejected → item returned to you at your cost, without refund
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order.
