Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made through the NoDraft. website for customers located internationally.

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colors or details may occur.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in EUR or CAD depending on the customer’s location.
VAT does not apply (French micro-enterprise VAT exemption).
Import duties or sales taxes may apply depending on the customer’s country or province.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Payments

Secure payments are processed through Shopify Payments, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

6. Shipping

Shipping is available internationally.
International Delivery Time: 7–20 business days (estimated, excluding customs processing).
Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Return Policy 

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returned products must be:
-unworn
-unwashed
-undamaged
-with original tags and packaging

Return shipping costs are fully paid by the customer.
NoDraft. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned product.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale items or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

9. Liability

NoDraft. is not responsible for:
-delivery delays caused by carriers or customs
-additional import duties or taxes
-lost or stolen packages once handed to the carrier

10. Governing Law

Transactions are governed by the consumer protection rules and regulations of the customer's country of residence.
